We spend so much time behind the desk, in front of the computer, on the phone, and in the office in general. So there's nothing like a big trade show to break up the monotony of everyday work life. Get your walking shoes (and orthotics) out for this year's Florida Chiropractic Association (FCA) National Convention and Expo at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Orlando.
The largest event of its kind in the country, the FCA event expects more than 2,600 to attend, allowing for extensive networking opportunities with colleagues, lecturers, manufacturers, service providers, and more. A full schedule of continuing education courses is also planned for DCs, CCPAs, CAs, CRTs, LMTs, LAcs, and APs. Of course, Chiropractic Products will be there, too, and we look forward to seeing you at booth 1823.

Then there is the resort itself, with alligator feedings and a Biosphere-like enclosure that ensures a consistent 72° year-round—a big plus when you consider that the event is held during the superheated month of August. If you can get away for a bit, there's also nearby SeaWorld and the Walt Disney World Resort.
Now, here's a plus: between the amusement parks and the fact that you will be hoofing it down the halls to the conference rooms and Expo floors of the trade show, you'll be doing a lot of walking. I am seriously pondering whether to bring my pedometer to see just how many steps it takes to make the rounds (as well as justify purchasing a new pair of good walking shoes). In any case, the FCA National Convention and Expo will be a great place to get your 10,000 steps. See you there!
