It all began over 20 years ago, in 1985 with the ALLPRO 2000M film processor, which quickly captured a significant section of the podiatry market. Quality Control

Biotics Research Corporation's SOPs and standards either meet or exceed the standards set by US Pharmacopoeia, NPA and the FDA's recently published cGMPs for Dietary Supplements.We currently export our products through successful registration, as well as in-process submissions throughout Europe (including Germany), Canada (NHPD), Korea (KFDA), and Israel (IMOH).

Our Practices

At Biotics Research Corporation's headquarters and manufacturing facility in Rosenberg, TX, our quality procedures and practices are closely monitored by our on-site Quality Control and Quality Assurance Unit. Extensive written procedures (SOPs) are used to define the responsibilities and authority of the Quality Control Unit with regard to all aspects of the manufacturing process as it pertains to the quality, purity, strength, identity, and composition of nutritional supplement products manufactured at Biotics Research Corporation. The Quality Control/Assurance Unit is separate and distinct from the Production Department, and has full authority to reject ingredients, finished product, and stop production without the approval of other company management. The confidence in our quality is backed by the programs managed and monitored by our Quality Unit. Our Quality Control Department monitors and controls the manufacturing of our products in compliance with the FDA's new cGMPs. For example, all raw materials are quarantined upon receipt by a QC Officer. Ingredients are reviewed and tested using appropriate analytical methods specific to the nature of the ingredient in order to assess and qualify the identity, purity, potency, and composition of each ingredient using standardized and in-house developed methods utilizing HPLC, ICP, AA, IR, FTIR, UV/VIS, TLC, and Electrophoresis, as well as microbiological testing. Specifications are set by the QC Department for each ingredient and each ingredient is evaluated for acceptability of use and criteria for release by QC.

Throughout our manufacturing process, ingredients, in-process, products and finished products are tracked, monitored, and managed through an identification and tracking system by our QC Department, which maintains constant control. Production batch records are issued and reviewed by senior QC managers prior to weighing, weights are double checked and verified prior to blending, and the blended batches are QC released post-blending for homogeneity prior to production.

All production is performed in individual temperature, humidity, and dust-controlled rooms. Prior to the commencement of every production batch run, our QC Microbiological Department checks logbooks and swab tests the equipment. Passing results, our QC Microbiologist releases equipment for use on a daily basis.

Our products go through a rigorous inspection process by trained inspection personnel. The Quality Control team re-inspects, samples, calculates and verifies yields, and analyzes the products for potency prior to the batch being released to Packaging. Once product batches are released to the Packaging Department, the product is packaged and then quarantined while the packaging yield is reconciled with bulk product yield and released by our QC team prior to shipment.

DRUCKER LABS

When Richard Drucker, founder of Drucker Labs, makers of intraMax™, was 10 years old, his mother died from an immune deficiency disease. The most important part of a computer program is flexibility to do what you want in the order that you want to do it. SOAP note programs that do not allow flexibility to add modalities, regions, to change templates and to modify the verbiage of your SOAP notes do not meet insurance requirements. MPN SOFTWARE SYSTEMS & GALACTEK

MPN Software Systems was founded in 1985 by a husband and wife team in New Jersey. She was a 1982 New York Chiropractic College graduate who had outgrown her first office and was treating several hundred patients weekly. Her new husband was a graduate student in Computer Science with years of Fortune 500 and startup experience under his belt.

Originally trademarked as the “Chiropractic Office Manager,” their new billing software quickly began replacing other practice management systems as they established a local reputation. By 1987, they caught the eye of a New York-based entrepreneur and his partner—who just happened to work for one of the busiest and most well known chiropractors in the state of New York (he soon became President of NYSCA). A new company was formed. By 1991, the software was being sold nationally and HNA—today known as GalacTek—was preparing to relocate their corporate operations to Florida.

Within a year of national release, MPN's innovations—such as independent case management under a single ID number—began to appear in competitive products.Moving from DOS as Microsoft Windows became more stable, MPN released the first Windows-based practice management software for chiropractors in the nation. By the summer of 1995, the introduction ofWindows '95 by Microsoft resulted in a great deal of media attention as the newly renamed ECLIPSE became more and more popular. GalacTek built a new corporate headquarters so they could run operations and provide state-of-the-art technical support to clients across the United States.

GalacTek's state-of-the-art facility included a video production and editing suite to create training videos; an extensive digital phone system that allowed automatic digital routing and recording of all calls; and room to grow. Today, separate departments dedicated to HIPAA issues, Quality Assurance, Sales, and Customer Support provide a solid foundation for the thousands of chiropractic offices that use ECLIPSE daily.

In the meantime, ECLIPSE had expanded to handle a variety of additional office requirements. By the beginning of the new century, the billing product that had been launched in 1985 was a distant memory. ECLIPSE was now a robust application that encompassed billing, scheduling, and electronic health records.
