Dennis Perman, DC, executive vice president, The Masters Circle, Jericho, NY
Dennis Perman, DC, executive vice president of The Masters Circle, Jericho, NY, talks to Chiropractic Products about the products and services it offers to chiropractors.
How can doctors of chiropractic attract more new patients and retain current ones?
Patients flow toward a practice based on two dynamics: capacity and attraction. Capacity is the amount a doctor and staff can handle. Its determined by inner qualities like focus, self-discipline, determination, and self-esteem, and practical strategies like procedural efficiency and communication skills. Attraction is the compelling force that draws patients to a practice, and is developed through charisma, clarity, certainty, public relations, and marketing, creating a pathway that brings patients toward the practice. All practice volume is a product of the practices degree of capacity and attraction. We teach a variety of tools to enhance both your attraction and your capacity.
What are the latest products you offer to help DCs grow their practices?

What can DCs expect to gain by attending one of your upcoming seminars?
Chiropractors who attend our seminars are usually surprisedwe start and end on time, we expect participants to dress nicely, and every class is filled with ideas and concepts designed to grow the doctor, at both the be and do level. Besides practical strategies for practice building and management, we work on personal growth and inner qualities like confidence, motivation, passion, and pride in being a chiropractor. Attendees frequently report that the balance in our program provides something for everyone, and typically find one or two golden nuggets that revolutionize their thinking.
