Fund-raising Campaign
Oklahaven Childrens Chiropractic Center introduces its fifth annual Have-A-Heart fund-raising campaign during the week of February 1015, 2003. Have-A-Heart participants will be asked to show the Oklahaven 40th anniversary video in their waiting rooms and offer patients and colleagues the opportunity to sponsor a paper heart to help children achieve optimal health through chiropractic. The idea is to have the paper hearts multiply and cover the walls.
In the past, chiropractors have come up with their own innovative ways to promote the campaign, such as patient appreciation days and spine screenings with patients making a donation to Oklahaven in lieu of paying the fee for these services. And new for 2003, Oklahaven will be able to accept credit card donations made with either MasterCard or Visa.
Golden Heart awards will be presented to the chiropractic college and private practice chiropractor securing the most funds for the Have-A-Heart 2003 campaign. Additional awards will go to the most innovative campaign promotion, as well as the private practice that secures the most donors (not dollars) to support the campaign.
